About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Data EntryAdministrator to provide casual support to our Mental Health & AddictionsService at Health NZ (Nelson Hospital).

As Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible forentering, maintaining, and updating patient and service information across arange of systems, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and recordedwithin required timeframes. You will work closely with clinical andadministrative teams, supporting the smooth operation of the service throughthe efficient management of data and documentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoysworking with information, has strong computer skills, and takes pride inproducing accurate work. Casual hours will be offered on an as-needed basis toprovide cover during periods of leave and increased service demand.

The Mental Health & Addictions Service providesspecialist assessment, treatment, and support services across the NelsonMarlborough region. You will be joining a dedicated administration team thatplays an important role in supporting clinical staff and ensuring the efficientdelivery of services to our community.
