Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data & AI Consultant to work with business and technical teams in Auckland, turning complex data into meaningful insights and practical solutions. You will support data and analytics initiatives across reporting, data transformation and advanced analytics, while building expertise in modern Data & AI technologies.

The role focuses on analysing data to identify trends, developing dashboards and reports with Power BI/Tableau, and delivering data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data extraction, cleaning, transformation and analysis.
• Experience building dashboards/reports with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience with data cleaning, transformation, ETL/ELT and data integration.
• Ability to translate findings into clear business recommendations for stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with business and technical teams in cloud data environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business, operational and customer data to identify trends and drivers for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualisations to support performance monitoring.
• Use SQL and Python to extract, clean, transform and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Develop data transformation and integration workflows across enterprise systems and cloud environments.
• Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Contribute to KPI reporting and performance analytics to improve visibility of outcomes.
