Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on, can-do mindset suited to field work.
• Technical capability across mechanical, electrical, electronic, software or integrated systems.
• Practical understanding of dairy farming and farm environments.
• Agile and nimble approach; translate observations into action.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and make recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication; capture findings for documentation.
• Strong relationship skills; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Technical Services and customers.
• Experience in product testing, engineering support or agricultural technology is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct laboratory, workshop and on-farm testing and validation across new products and improvements.
• Establish clear test plans, success criteria and validation measures; assess product outcomes.
• Collaborate with beta customers and end users to trial products in real-world environments and gather feedback.
• Investigate faults, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Analyze test results and field data; provide timely feedback to Product Managers.
