Job summary

Synlait Milk Limited in New Zealand is seeking experienced Process Operators to join the Freshline team. This hands-on, independent role focuses on reliability, quality, and learning, with a strong team environment.

You will operate and monitor automated dairy processing equipment, ensure timely raw material flow with full traceability, and maintain safety and quality standards. Rostering is 6 days on, 3 days off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in food/dairy manufacturing (preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude to understand and operate equipment.
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Thorough with good attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and solid communication skills.
• Ability to lift upto 25kg.
