Auckland Council’s Waste Solutions department has an opportunity for 2x Casual Customer Services Representative within the Waitakere Resource Recovery Park team.
Please note that we rely on our casual talent pool to provide cover for sick leave, annual leave, parental leave, and other staffing movements. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, reliable, and available to support our team as operational needs arise.
As we move into the busy summer period, there may be opportunities for increased hours for those who demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and availability to support operational needs.

Reporting to the Weighbridge Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the smooth daily operation of the Waitākere Resource Recovery Park. This frontline position involves a mix of reception and administrative support, financial transaction handling, and delivering exceptional customer service— as the face of the site, you’ll help create a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors.
