Job summary

Sensient Technologies in Auckland is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 12-month maternity cover. You will handle orders, debits, credits, and returns, and collaborate with Account Managers and the Customer Service Manager.

This full-time role is based in our Auckland office with on-site work five days a week, offering training and development opportunities within a global colors, flavors and extracts company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information back to the customer in a timely fashion.
• Resolve routine customer issues and customer requests, communicate with Account Managers and Customer Service Manager regarding any special situations.
• Providing support to the rest of the Customer Service team as required.
• May assist pricing coordinator, Customer Service Manager/supervisor and executive office, in data entry of pertinent information.
• General reception duties such as answering the phone and dealing with visitors on first entry.
• Constantly seek improved ways to service internal and external customers.

Customer Service Representative (12 months Contract)

We are seeking a self-motivated person with a passion to process customer transactions such as orders, debits, credits or returns accurately and efficiently.This exciting full time role will be a fixed term maternity leave coverage for 12 months and 100% based in our Auckland office.

What you will do:

• Provide accurate information back to the customer in a timely fashion
