• Lead BRM team and manage customer portfolios.
• Maintain visibility of upcoming work, priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinate across Sales, Onboarding, Operations, Production, Data and Finance.
• Support onboarding of new customers and transitions to account management.
• Drive HubSpot usage and ensure accurate customer data.
• Identify customer risks and coordinate resolution.
