Job summary

Hotel Indigo Auckland is seeking an Events & Partnerships Executive who can translate client ideas into memorable experiences across our venues, including Bistro Saine and The Halligan. You will manage briefs, create proposals and sell tailored concepts with strong attention to budget and detail.

You will own the client journey from initial enquiry through planning, on-site delivery and post-event follow-up, collaborating with our Sales & Marketing team to deliver commercial growth and

Qualifications

Minimum of two years' relevant experience in events, partnerships or related field.
Experience in hotels, venues, agencies or partnerships roles is preferred.
Ability to translate client briefs into tailored event concepts with budgets.
Strong English communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Create and sell tailored event concepts across hotel venues and spaces.
Own client journey from inquiry to planning, coordination and post-event follow-up.
Coordinate menus, AV, layouts, entertainment, and branding for each event.
Collaborate with Commercial, Food & Beverage, Culinary and hotel ops teams to ensure seamless execution.
