The Opportunity

My client is a leading project law firm with offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. They are recognised for delivering top tier work on major projects across both the private and public sectors. Unlike traditional firms, there are no billing hours or budgets – the focus is on quality, outcomes and client partnerships.

This opportunity is for a front-end construction lawyer to work on complex, high-value matters for significant clients. The team structure creates a rare opening for an intermediate to senior lawyer to sit between junior team members and senior principals. You will gain direct mentoring, exposure to high-quality projects, and the chance to supervise.

About the Team

• Construction team with front-end specialists and full-service capability covering procurement, contracting, complex drafting, disputes and distressed project work
• Work closely with highly regarded partners with expertise in both front-end advisory and distressed projects/disputes
• Collaborative national team structure across all offices

About You

• 4 - 7 PQE in construction (front end preferred)
