Job summary

Qualifications

• Home-based / community / disability support experience required.
• Own car and Full Driver's License required.
• Must be compassionate and care for others.
• Health qualifications L2-L4 essential; without qualification may not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in home-based/community settings to live their best life.
• Provide complex care, wake overs, and early mornings as needed.
• Work well within a team and be available on weekends.
