Ara Poutama Aotearoa - Department of Corrections in Wellington are recruiting a Community Work Supervisor to oversee up to eight participants on meaningful projects across schools, reserves, Marae and churches. You will work in a collaborative, culturally aware environment and travel to service centres as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with all cultures.

• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Full Class 1 New Zealand Driver's license and ability to drive manual vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 8 people serving community work sentences on projects at schools, reserves, community groups, Marae and churches.

• Work a fixed hours schedule: 7.30am–4pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
