• Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom and laundry fixtures and replenishing supplies.
• Reporting maintenance issues and defective plumbing fixtures.
• Operating industrial cleaning equipment for floors and machinery.
• Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, and fixtures.
• Applying cleaning agents and solvents following safety procedures.
• Carrying out specialised cleaning tasks including external building cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Vacuuming carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture.
• Cleaning, dusting, and polishing furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Collecting and disposing of rubbish and recyclable materials, including emptying bins and waste containers.
• Stripping wax from floors, re-waxing, and polishing floors.
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom and laundry fixtures and replenishing supplies.
• Reporting maintenance issues, including defective plumbing fixtures.
• Operating industrial vacuum cleaners and other commercial cleaning equipment to clean floors, work areas, and machinery.
• Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fixtures.
• Applying appropriate cleaning agents and solvents to remove stains and stubborn dirt, following safety procedures.
• Removing lint, dust, soot, oil, grease, sludge, and other residues from machinery and designated work areas, where required.
• Carrying out specialised cleaning tasks, including external building cleaning, where required and appropriately trained.
