Job summary

QC Engineering, a Napier-based sheetmetal contract manufacturer, is expanding and seeks a skilled CNC press brake operator for the afternoon shift. You will control Durma and LVD machines, interpret drawings, and work within an organized, quality-driven environment.

You should have experience with CNC press brake operation, be able to read engineering drawings, and apply LEAN manufacturing principles to maintain accuracy and smooth production flow using our ERP system.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC press brake operation is a strong advantage.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• An eye for detail and an understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate Durma + LVD CNC Press Brakes
• Setting machines and interpreting engineering drawings
• Working with our ERP system to ensure smooth production flow
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and finish
