Job summary

Ultra Surface Solutions in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, is seeking a factory operative to contribute to high-quality Formica and solid surface benchtop production in a modern plant.

You will operate CNC and beamsaw, assist with laminate and acrylic benchtop production, and ensure daily goods processing and strict quality standards are met. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to systems. NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with late-model CNC machinery.
• Previous benchtop manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Machinery maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and beamsaw to manufacture Formica and solid surface benchtops.
• Assist with manufacturing laminate benchtops.
• Assist with cutting and manufacture of acrylic benchtops.
• Process daily inwards goods.
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of work area and yard.
• Responsible for rubbish collections.
• Interpret and follow benchtop plans to ensure specifications and high quality.
• Quality control.
