We value a professionally qualified pavement engineer with 10+ years' experience, and experience in airport and heavy-duty pavement design is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in pavement design.
• Proven track record in pavement design with delivery of projects.
• Airport and heavy-duty pavement design experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on pavement designs and annual resurfacing programs.
• Develop and implement design and maintenance practices for pavements.
• Determine client requirements and present pavement options.
• Develop and mentor junior staff for succession planning.
