Job summary

Horsham Downs School in Waikato is seeking an experienced Kaiako to join our warm, whānau-focused centre. The successful candidate will be an ECE-qualified teacher with current NZ provisional or full practicing certificate, and will work permanent, full-time hours (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday.

NZ residency or valid NZ work visa is required. We value strong partnerships with families, delivering engaging learning experiences and respectful care.

Qualifications

• ECE qualified and registered Teacher with a current NZ provisional or full practising certificate.
• NZ residency or valid NZ work visa required.
• Permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun-filled learning experiences aligned to the local curriculum.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and whānau.
• Provide respectful care and support the developmental and emotional needs of tamariki.
