WM New Zealand is hiring a Class 4 Driver - Partswasher in Christchurch (Bromley) to service partswashing equipment, collect waste, and ensure safe, compliant operations on customer sites. The role is hands‑on and involves independent work with a strong customer service element.

You will manage a dedicated run, build relationships, and deliver high standards while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Training provided and team support emphasized.

Qualifications

• Full NZ Class 4 licence with a clean driving record.
• D endorsement or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in transport, waste, or related hands‑on roles.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors and indoors.
• Strong health and safety focus and independent working style.
• Customer‑facing skills and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Operate specialised service vehicles and equipment.
• Service and maintain partswashing units at customer sites.
• Collect and transport liquid and hazardous waste per regs.
• Complete waste tracking, compliance docs, and service records.
• Perform daily vehicle, equipment, and safety checks.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent WM.
• Collaborate with a safety‑mocused team.
