Job summary

Persol is seeking a Class 2 Driver to deliver gas bottles in Papakura, NZ, with customer interaction and stock takes. You will load/unload bottles and follow strict safety protocols.

Requirements include a clean Class 2 licence, 2+ years NZ driving experience, MOJ clearance, and good physical fitness. Forklift licence and DG endorsement are advantageous; company will assist with obtaining them.

Qualifications

• Clean Class 2 driver's licence is required.
• At least 2 years' experience driving a Class 2 or higher vehicle in New Zealand.
• Clean MOJ check and good health and safety awareness.
• Forklift license and Dangerous Goods endorsement are advantageous; training provided.
• Reliable transport to and from work and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver gas bottles to customer sites in a safe, compliant manner.
• Interact professionally with customers and handle stock takes.
• Load and unload gas bottles while following safety procedures.

About The Role

• Delivering gas bottles to customer sites
• Interacting with customers
• Conducting stock takes and compliance checks
• Load and unload gas bottles, always ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

You Will Need

• A clean Class 2 driver's license
• At least 2 years' experience driving a Class 2 or higher vehicle in New Zealand
• Clean MOJ
• Physical fitness (the role is physically demanding)
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and follow instructions
