Job summary

Rob Law Max Recruitment is seeking reliable and motivated Civil Labourers for ongoing work across Wellington, Hutt Valley, Porirua, Kāpiti and the Wairarapa. You will join experienced crews on major civil projects, gaining hands-on experience and progressing your civil career.

Applicants with drainage experience and a current driver’s licence are preferred. You must be physically fit, safety-conscious and ready to commit to long-term, consistent shifts with opportunities for upskilling.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ drainage experience preferred, but not essential.
• Civil construction, roading, earthworks or infrastructure experience is an advantage.
• Current driver’s licence preferred, with reliable transport.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
• Reliable, punctual and ready to get stuck in.
• Positive team-player attitude.
• Strong commitment to health & safety.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
