Job summary

Access Community Health | Uru Ātea is seeking Support Workers to assist clients in their own homes across Tauranga. You’ll help with daily living activities, guided by the client’s culture, values and routines, while maintaining safety and respect.

• Strong interpersonal skills to support clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities in clients' homes.
• Provide safe, respectful, person-centred support that respects clients' culture, values and routines.
• Participate in training and onboarding to develop skills for care delivery.
• Assist with mobility and daily tasks as needed.
