Job summary

Skechers Napier is seeking friendly and driven seasonal team members to deliver standout customer experiences at the Napier store. You will welcome customers, help them find the right sneakers and keep the store looking sharp.

Ideal candidates are passionate about retail, with strong communication and a team-first mindset. Immediate start for the October–January period, including busy weekends and holidays, with staff discounts and training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with a friendly, professional approach.
• Strong communication and a team-first mindset.
• Full availability from Oct 2026 to mid-Jan 2027, including weekends and key shopping days.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat visits.
• Meet sales goals and support store KPIs.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards.
• Assist with stock handling, replenishment and organisation.
• Work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Bring energy, reliability and a can-do attitude to every shift.
