• You operate like an owner and fix problems before anyone asks.
• You move very fast, communicate with unusual clarity and are ruthless about priorities.

Responsibilities

• Turn CEO direction into concrete plans with owners, deadlines and decision rights.
• Run the operating rhythm to prevent delays in processes.
• Lead company-defining projects that don’t yet have an owner, building trusted teams and standing up new functions.
• Cascade context, unblock teams and protect founder focus.
• Present decisions framed with trade-offs and a clear recommendation.
