Job summary

Recruitment Now is seeking reliable Process Workers to join a busy chemical production environment in Rolleston, Canterbury. This long-term role offers above-market wages, full training and specialist PPE.

Shifts available Monday to Friday with options for overtime and 12-hour starts during busy periods. You will perform stacking, packing, quality checks, and production documentation, with regular lifting (15–25 kg) and forklift training optional.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to perform regular manual handling.
• Good level of English communication.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Stacking, packing and labelling.
• Chemical production and processing.
• Regular lifting and manual handling (15–25 kg).
• Inward and outward goods.
• Quality checks.
• Completing production records and documentation.
• Forklift operation where required (training available).
• Following production procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
