This permanent full-time role involves delivering diagnostic services and working with a collaborative team of experts in specialist biochemistry. We value innovation and provide comprehensive support. Candidates must have relevant qualifications, including vocational registration in Chemical Pathology and preferably hold FRCPA. Qualifications

• Vocational registration (or eligibility) in Chemical Pathology with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
• Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA) or equivalent.
• Experience or strong interest in specialist biochemistry testing (e.g., mass spectrometry).

Responsabilités

• Deliver diagnostic services, quality assurance, and specialist test development.
• Provide expert interpretation and support scientific teams.
• Guide test validation and contribute to innovation in specialist biochemistry.

Connaissances

Vocational registration in Chemical Pathology

Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA)

Experience in specialist biochemistry testing

Interest in lipidology or running lipid clinics

Passion for innovation and quality improvement

Formation

Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA) or equivalent
