Job summary

BestStart Inglewood is seeking a friendly, organised Centre Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis from 12 September 2026 to 12 March 2027. You’ll be the first point of contact for families, handling inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service while managing a range of administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, excellent organisation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Experience in education administration preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Managing enquiries from current and prospective families.
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate centre records.
  • Managing bookings and enrolments.
  • Resolving account queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supporting centre compliance and Ministry of Education requirements.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Centre Manager and teaching team.
