Job summary

Ritchies Transport Holdings in Timaru, South Island, is seeking reliable and community‑minded School Bus Drivers to join our team on a casual/part‑time basis. You’ll ensure safe transport of students during morning and afternoon runs, delivering a stable local schedule.

• Ensure timely arrivals and handle local route responsibilities.

The Opportunity
We are looking for reliable and community minded School Bus Drivers to join our team in Methven on a casual basis.

This is a rewarding part-time role where you’ll play an important part in safely transporting students to and from school each day. With morning and afternoon runs, this position offers excellent work-life balance and suits those looking for consistent, local work.

No two days are the same but every day you’ll be making a positive difference in your community.

There is also the opportunity to pick up extra work doing charters when required. You will get school holidays off, except when we need you for ongoing training or development.

About You

Your Skills

• Full Class 2 NZ License (minimum) and a Passenger endorsement
• A strong focus on safety and responsibility
• Friendly and approachable, especially with Tamariki
