Job summary

Life Pharmacy in Auckland is seeking a casual, on-call Retail Assistant to deliver friendly and professional service. You will help customers, maintain store standards, and assist with merchandising and stock control while supporting teammates during busy periods.

Requirements include retail experience (pharmacy preferred), strong communication, and a proactive, flexible attitude. Experience with Toniq POS is advantageous; in-store training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Pharmacy experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience with Toniq system is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.
• Excellent communication and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive efficient, caring and professional service at all times.
• Maintain product knowledge, housekeeping, merchandising and stock levels to store standards.
• Support team members when help is needed and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Handle on-call shifts and adapt to varying store demands.
