Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Brand Representative to work in-store across the Hamilton area on a casual, on-call basis. You will build displays, engage shoppers, and ensure our brands are presented at their best.

You will develop relationships with customers and the Sales team, operate POS materials effectively, and remain flexible for early morning, evening, or daytime shifts. A full driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Ideally merchandising experience, training provided if needed.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Flexible hours due to business needs and busy periods.
• Comfortable using smartphone technology.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and Sales team, being reliable and efficient.
• Build product displays in line with Mondelēz standards and pre-agreed locations.
• Use Point of Sale materials to generate shopper interest on displays.
• Ensure products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase.
• Identify additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products.

This Casual (on call) position involves working across all PAK'nSAVE, Woolworths, and New World stores in the Hamilton area. You must be flexible enough to work early morning, evening, or daytime shifts . A full driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance are required.

How you will contribute

• Build strong relationships with our customers and Sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively;
• Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in the pre-agreed locations;
• Use impactful Point of Sale on our displays to generate shopper interest in our products;
• Make sure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase;
• Keep looking for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products.

• Ideally have previous merchandising experience but don't worry, we will provide training if you haven't;
• Be confident with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
• Be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and take pride in your work;
• Be flexible, as hours may change due to business needs and busy times of the year;
• Be comfortable using the technology in a Smart phone.
