James Pascoes Limited, a well‑established New Zealand jewellery retailer, is seeking a casual Jewellery Sales Consultant in Napier. You will welcome customers, build rapport and help them find pieces for everyday wear or special occasions.

Full training will be provided, plus a staff discount. The role involves weekends and some evenings, with flexible hours in a casual, ongoing position within a friendly team.

You're polished, well-presented and naturally outgoing, with a warm, engaging manner that makes people feel welcome. You enjoy conversation, thrive on social interaction and have a genuine interest in connecting with people from all walks of life.

About the Role

As a Casual Jewellery Sales Consultant with James Pascoes Limited, you'll help customers discover beautiful jewellery for everyday wear, special occasions and meaningful gifts.

This includes

• Welcoming customers and creating a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Building rapport and helping customers find the right piece for their needs and budget.
• Sharing product knowledge and learning about jewellery styles, materials and care.
• Maintaining attractive displays and ensuring the store looks its best.
• Supporting your team to achieve sales goals and delivering outstanding customer service.

Full training will be provided, so you can build your product knowledge and confidence on the job. This is a casual position suited to someone seeking an ongoing connection with work, people and a supportive team.

Hours: As this is casual work, shifts that can include weekends and an occasional evening. Flexibility to work these hours is essential.
