Qualifications

• Experience in case management roles within health or rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Determine injury or wellness related needs.
• Delivery of initial action plan discussions with injured workers and their manager.
• Monitor and review costs associated with rehabilitation plans according to company policies.
