AfterQuery is hiring licensed case managers to author and grade care coordination scenarios for frontier AI labs. This fully remote, asynchronous contractor role offers $70 to $115 per hour, paid weekly via Stripe, with a minimum of 10 hours per week.

You will write realistic care plans from admission through post-acute placement, assess model output for clinical appropriateness, and flag plans that could strand a patient. Prior hospital, payer, or community-based experience is valued.

Formación

• Active RN or LCSW license or CCM certification.
• 2+ years of case management experience in hospital, payer, or community settings.
• Depth in discharge planning, utilization review, or complex care coordination.
• Clear written English for documenting care plans and level of care decisions.
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or LCSW license, or CCM certification

Preferred Qualifications

• CCM or ACM certification
• InterQual or MCG criteria experience
