Job description

Seeking a CAD Detailer ($32–$38/hr) with joinery or drafting experience to create production-ready Cabinet Vision models and shop drawings for high-end residential and commercial projects.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced or ambitious CAD Detailer to join the team. In this role, you will take approved designs and turn them into accurate, production-ready Cabinet Vision models and shop drawings for manufacturing and CNC output. Supported by an experienced team genuinely invested in training and upskilling, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced detailer, a cabinet maker wanting to step off the tools, or a draughtsperson looking to transition into the joinery sector.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (qualification preferred but not compulsory)
• Ready to handle a varied mix of high-end residential and commercial joinery projects.
• Looking to move off the tools with deep practical knowledge of cabinetry construction and factory workflows (Cabinet Vision training provided).
• From architecture, engineering, or shopfitting with strong CAD fundamentals and an eye for detail (joinery-specific training provided).
• High attention to detail, logical problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred but not compulsory.
• Competitive remuneration package tailored to your level of experience ($32/hour-$38/hour)

• Minimum of 30 hours guaranteed per week (permanent full-time), maximum of 60 hours per week
• Comprehensive on-the-job training and upskilling in Cabinet Vision and joinery detailing
