OneStaff Hamilton is seeking a skilled carpenter to join our client's team on diverse construction projects in the Waikato region. This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and works well with a professional crew.

You will read blueprints, measure, cut, fit, and finish, maintain tools, and uphold safety. A collaborative environment with strong on-site teamwork and opportunities to develop skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a carpenter.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Performing general carpentry duties including framing, fitting, and finishing tasks.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as required.
• Working safely and collaboratively on site to meet project timelines.
• Maintaining tools and ensuring work areas are clean and organized.
