Job summary

NZ Cheap Cars is seeking a Vehicle Sales Specialist in Auckland or Hamilton to help customers find the right vehicle and deliver an exceptional buying experience at one of New Zealand's busiest dealerships. You will build rapport, follow up enquiries, and strive to achieve sales targets while maintaining outstanding service.

You’ll coordinate vehicle preparation and assist with registration and handover to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and people skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Passion for sales and customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Full driver’s licence preferred.
Must hold a valid New Zealand work visa, residency, or citizenship.

Responsibilities

Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle.
Building rapport and maintaining customer relationships.
Following up enquiries and leads.
Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
Coordinating vehicle preparation to ensure cars are clean, groomed and ready for customer collection.
Assisting with vehicle registration and other required sales documentation.
Checking vehicles prior to handover to ensure everything is ready and presented to a high standard.
Providing a smooth and professional vehicle handover experience.
Supporting the wider dealership team with day-to-day sales and yard operations when required.
