AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand is seeking a full-time Café Supervisor in Queenstown. The ideal candidate will bring outstanding coffee making and customer service skills, effectively managing staff and café operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven barista skills, able to make high-quality coffee, including flat whites.

Job description

Whether our customers are Bungying, Zip Riding, or spectating with a flat white in hand, we want them to love every part of their experience. We’re on the hunt for a Café Supervisor with phenomenal taste, proven hospitality know-how, and barista skills that won’t leave a bitter aftertaste.

To serve up what we’re after, you’ll bring:

• Coffee making skills that set the standard (flat whites included!)
• The ability to multitask and thrive under pressure during peak service
• A zest for hospitality and great customer service, with plenty of good chat
• Strong leadership and crew management experience to keep the cafe humming
• Skills in stock ordering, rotation and management
• Reliability and flexibility, with eligibility to work in NZ
• Barista experience (essential); LCQ, Duty Managers licence, and full NZ Drivers License (bonus, not essential)
