Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in cafe customer service.
• Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee beverages.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and public holiday availability.
• Flexible shifts and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based coffees, teas, and specialty drinks
• Ensure the cafe area is always clean, well-stocked, and inviting
• Assist with food preparation and service as needed
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support your colleagues
