Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Business Analyst to support the NZ Digital Workspace project as part of a major IT transformation across New Zealand. You will engage stakeholders, document needs, and ensure alignment with project goals, reporting to the Project Manager and Business Leads.

The role offers NZ-wide travel within New Zealand and is a permanent position. As part of the Modern Information Programme, you will help establish a cohesive information source and drive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree or Business Analyst qualification
• 3+ years’ experience in relevant roles, ideally within large/complex organisations
• Proven experience delivering large IT projects
• Proven stakeholder engagement skills and strong influencing skills
• Experience with SharePoint and AvePoint Products preferred
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

We are embarking on our most significant Information Technology transformation. The Modern Information Programme will achieve strategic objectives by establishing a cohesive source of truth for information and collaboration needs across our Australasian businesses.

The programme encompasses 5 pivotal projects, and as the Business Analyst- NZ Digital Workspaces, you will ensure successful support in the delivery of our New Zealand Digital Workspace project. You will engage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders understand, document and convey their needs and requirements.

In this role, you will partner with the Project Manager and Business Leads to ensure the project meets business needs.

You have the flexibility to travel within New Zealand.

This is a permanent role.
