Job summary

Farmers Trading Company Ltd is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our Bobbi Brown counter and drive sales growth at our Auckland store. You will mentor a small team, implement promotional initiatives, and ensure stock levels are optimized to maximise counter performance.

The role requires a track record in retail/beauty, a passion for makeup artistry, and strong leadership with excellent teamwork and communication skills. A formal makeup artistry qualification is highly regarded.

This is a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will work the following roster:

• Tuesday: 10:15am - 6:15pm
• Thursday: 9am - 5pm
• Friday: 9am - 5pm
• Saturday: 9am - 5pm

The Role:

You will be a natural born leader who works well in a team and can lead by example, share their knowledge and skills, be open to implementing new business ideas and above all want to grow your counter and business to its full potential. You will also:

• Manage targets and sales figures

About You:

We are seeking a Studio Manager to join our team who has:

• Proven experience working within the Retail and or Beauty industry and achieving sales targets.
• A passion for all things Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.
• Strong technical competency in makeup artistry, ideally a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry.
• Great time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and making all things, including your Counter look beautiful!
• Experience managing a small team would also be an advantage.
