Job summary

NRK Ventures Ltd t/a Grain and Seed in Cromwell, Central Otago, invites you to a seasonal barista role with potential to go full-time for the right candidate. You’ll be confident with the machine and able to work weekends and public holidays, delivering quality coffee in a busy environment near Queenstown.

We’re seeking 1–2 years of barista experience, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years barista experience.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Strong attention to detail with coffee quality and presentation.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude.
• Must be available weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso beverages to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of work area during shifts.
• Engage with customers and deliver excellent service during busy periods.

We’re looking for an energetic, reliable and experienced barista to join our team! You must be confident behind the machine and available to work weekends and public holidays.

This is a seasonal position to start, with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate. Start date as soon as possible.
