Job summary

ASB Bank is seeking a Customer Specialist to join Direct Channels in Christchurch and Rangiora. You’ll be the voice of ASB for customers nationwide, helping with everyday banking needs and enquiries. A structured training programme, ongoing coaching and a supportive team will help you succeed.

The role is a 40-hour week rostered position with shifts 8am-8pm weekdays and 8:30am-5pm on weekends/public holidays, starting 23 November 2026 after an 12-week training on-site.
