Job summary

Kindercare Learning Centres is seeking a warm, caring Kaiako for tamariki under two. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday) requires an ECE qualification and NZ provisional or full practising certificate. NZ residency or valid NZ work visa is needed.

You will embrace the local curriculum, create engaging environments for babies, and build strong partnerships with parents and whānau while delivering fun, developmental learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with tamariki ( babies ) and families.
• Ability to implement local curriculum with enthusiasm.
• Strong partnerships with parents/whānau and community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun-filled, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for babies.
• Create inspiring and safe environments tailored to under-two tamariki.
• Collaborate with whānau to support each child’s development.
• Practice respectful care as a core teaching value.
