Job summary

Lunit International is seeking an intermediate Site Reliability Engineer to join our Wellington-based team. You will work with product and engineering to improve reliability, automation, and observability across our Azure-based platforms, while contributing to deployment practices and on-call incident response.

You’ll lead and participate in blameless post-incident reviews, build automation tooling, and help ensure production systems run smoothly and securely for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar.
• Strong Azure cloud experience with production environments.
• Hands-on CI/CD design and maintenance with GitHub Workflows or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Infrastructure as Code using Bicep/ARM, Terraform or equivalent.
• PowerShell and/or Bash scripting for automation.
• Experience supporting production systems in business-critical environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
• Proficient with Git and source control workflows.
• SQL relational database experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability, automation, and observability across customer-facing platforms.
• Investigate incidents and drive blameless post-incident reviews.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC solutions.
• Build tooling to reduce operational overhead and improve deployment practices.
• Support on-call production incidents and provide rapid resolutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance platform resilience.
