Bay Audio Visual in Mount Maunganui is seeking a full-time AV technician to join our team. You will set up and operate high-profile AV events and collaborate with our event crew to deliver top-quality experiences for Mercury Baypark and community venues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience setting up and operating high-profile AV events.
• Strong technical competency in Audio, Lighting, LED, or Rigging.
• Working knowledge of Lighting, Audio, LED, and rigging.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and team orientation.
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure environments.

Bay Audio Visual is looking for a full-time AV technician superstar to join our team. We are looking for someone who is not only technically competent but is also able to provide highlevelsof customer serviceandbeanexcellentteamplayer working todeliverhighquality AVexperiences. Bay Audio Visual designs and delivers technical solutions for events at Mercury Baypark, our community facilities and in the community. Bay Audio Visual provides Audio, Lighting, AV, Rigging and LED services and we are in a season of expanding and renewing our AV assets - including recently purchasing 60m/2 of LED wall.

What you'll bring:

• 5-years’ experience setting up and operating high profile AV events and as an AV
• High level of technical competency and experience in either Audio,AV, Lighting, LED or Rigging.
• Working knowledge of Lighting, Audio, Audio Visual, LED and rigging.
• Highly developed and effective customer service skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a ‘can-do’ approach.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high pressure environments especially those involving high profile events or customers.
