Enterprise Limited in Nelson seeks an experienced Construction Estimator to join a growing team. You will prepare accurate estimates and tender submissions across residential, commercial, maintenance, and insurance-related projects, ensuring competitive pricing and healthy margins.

Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership, you will help secure future opportunities, manage a busy tender calendar, and contribute to a strong forward pipeline of work for the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience estimating residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, margins, and profitability.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate take-offs, estimates and tender submissions.
• Scope, measure and price residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Manage multiple tenders and deadlines.
• Review project costs and margins for profitability.
• Collaborate with Project Managers for smooth handovers.
• Identify tender opportunities and support business development.
• Build and maintain supplier/subcontractor relationships.
