Job summary

Repco, a Genuine Parts Company brand, is hiring a Retail Assistant in Auckland's North Shore. Expect 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8am–4:30pm, with a friendly, supportive team and staff discounts.

You'll welcome customers, guide them to the right products, upsell where possible, and process sales at the till. The role emphasises service quality, merchandising standards, stock processing, and contributing to the store's success, with training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused; previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Interest in automotive is a plus.
• Confident in a retail/sales environment and able to deal with a variety of customers.

Responsibilities

• Providing genuine service and creating a lasting impression with our customers.
• Have superstar selling skills that contribute to the sales performance of the store.
• Be a team player and contribute towards the store's success.
• Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom.
• Processing stock and ensuring shelves are adequately stocked.
