Job summary

Belron New Zealand (Smith&Smith, Laser and Exceed) Mt Maunganui is seeking a motivated Autoglass Technician for a fixed-term role from November 2026 to March 2027. This hands-on position involves repairing, replacing and recalibrating vehicle glass, with a 30-hour week roster across Monday to Sunday.

Motivated with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to upsell value-added products and services.
Physical capability to lift items up to 25kg during a normal day.
A clean driver’s license (restricted or full).
Unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

Repair, replace, and recalibrate vehicle glass.
Provide expert customer advice and upsell products and services.
Deliver top-quality workmanship and positive customer interactions.
Work 30 hours per week with a roster across Monday–Sunday.
Operate with modern tools and equipment.
