Baker Tilly Staples Rodway – New Plymouth, North Island
Managing your own audits from start to finish, including all the client liaison. You will be taking ownership of your clients from day one, responsible for the technical detail of your audits and managing your own workload / planning, and helping the team to manage theirs.
We have a range of clients, covering several industries and with a 50/50 split between not for profit and for-profit organisations.

Our standard work week is 37.5 hours but during the busy times, we can work between 45 and 50 hours. All extra hours are tracked through our time in lieu policy, which allows you to bank them and have an extra-long break over summer or have them paid out!
We are a small audit team locally but work closely with our national team combining our training and other development opportunities. We have a diverse client base, and as we are a licensed Audit Firm, we get opportunities and work that other small Firms may not.
