Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic record and/or Masters, MBA, PhD.
• 5+ years of business management experience with a proven record of high performance.
• Deep industry expertise in key sectors (oil & gas, metals & mining, telecoms, retail, public sector, government, law, engineering, medicine & health, banking & finance).
• Solid functional knowledge: strategy, business development, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, marketing & sales.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to untangle complex issues.
• Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills.
• Quantitative aptitude.
• Ability to take initiative and break new ground, create opportunities for others, and take personal risks.
