Skechers Australia invites an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our Queen Street store in Auckland. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and drive sales targets while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales assistant or leadership support role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and KPI targets.
• Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
• Help manage wage costs and rostering.
• Mentor team members and ensure a safe, compliant store.
