Job summary

JD Sports Bayfair in Tauranga, NZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team with a customer-first mindset. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive great in-store experiences, coach staff, and achieve budgets and targets across Sunday to Thursday rosters.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure visual merchandising excellence, and act as the first point of contact in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or assistant store manager role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and reports to identify opportunities.
